These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GaitPe platform, mobile application, By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using GaitPe's platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

GaitPe provides digital payment services including AEPS, DMT, mobile recharges, utility bill payments, insurance, and other financial services. We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our control.
Commission rates are determined by GaitPe and are subject to change with prior notice. Current commission rates are available on your partner dashboard. GaitPe reserves the right to modify commission rates, and changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
Commissions earned are credited to your GaitPe wallet in real-time or T+1 depending on the service. Wallet withdrawals to your registered bank account are processed within 2 business days.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GaitPe platform:
GaitPe reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activity, violations of these terms, suspicious transaction patterns, or non-compliance with KYC/AML requirements. Pending commissions may be withheld during investigation periods.
GaitPe's liability is limited to the transaction amount directly involved in a dispute. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, loss of profits, or consequential damages. GaitPe is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access due to partner negligence (e.g., sharing credentials).
Transaction disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction date. GaitPe will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Payment and Settlement Systems Act 2007, Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, and RBI guidelines.
